Kings Family Restaurants - New Castle

Was here for breakfast this morning. Our server Stephani was great. I was stupid and while I was cutting into my egg Benedict, I accidentally gave it to the ground. She was sweet and gracious enough to replace it with two more and not accuse us even though it was my fault. She forgot fruit with my men meal, but when she remembered (we had forgotten) she graciously put it in a container to go. She was so sweet and she is what it is about in customer service. The customer is happy to keep and want to come back. The food was great today and the service was great

Not bad. Food is above average for such a chain. Service and staff are always great. As sometimes going, just because some finer restaurant service has been sketched lately.

So I had to edit my review to include my experience today... I didn't want to be the pipebow, but did you know they had 2 secret restaurants? If you don't have to know... The American Grilled Cheese Company and the Nashville Hot Chicken Shack. At first, GM John was fantastic that he personally did something of our food that I will touch later. Our waitress Becky was very attentive and expediate. Great service. We ordered 3 sandwiches and cut them to share and try they were all excellent. I couldn't decide a favorite. The greens were the top 3 greens I've ever had and I'm from the deep south. The Nashville hot macaroni and cheese had chickens and paprika in it and the chicken was crowned for perfection. The sandwiches were instantly mouthwater. The price on the sandwiches is a little up there, but after I tried 3 I think it is worth every penny plus tip. They also have a regular kings menu and a children's menu. Moved from 4 stars to 5 stars.

Great service (thanks, waitress Sara. Larry had big French dressing. I had a little Cobb salad and her huge Broccoli cream soup my favorite. Coffee with Turners cream cups and/or milk. Clean. Friendly. Helpful. The food is fresh and good.

When my mom and I go to kings for dinner we always have shay as our waitress. She makes it feel so much like family. She is always smiling and never gets our order wrong. She always know what we want to drink. She makes kings awesome and amazing. We honestly go there because of shay
