Kfc - New Castle

Was asked to leave at 7:30 pm due to restaurant manager request. Was told the restaurant was carryout and pick up only. Friend was sitting in restaurant for 30 minutes eating before my arrival, order, and seating. Was told the door sign said carry-outonly. This was not the case. The sticker on the door merely advertised for pickup and carry-out.

Went to this establishment on 11/23/22 at 5:15pm...a time you would think the food would be fresh and hot...right...not so much! ordered an 8 piece family meal of chicken tenders because my father is 83 and has trouble chewing. Everything was goodwith exception to the chicken which was cold and hard as a rock. This is not the first time this has happened but will certainlybe the last...i am DONE with this place!. Called the manager to complain and she was rude as hell...that was the last straw

I see a lots of negative reviews for this kfc, i wish i would have checked beforehand, drive thru was taking a long time. Manager or whoever was taking my order was very mean and rude. All i wanted was a chicken little, and u telling me i cant havelettuce or cheese on my chicken sandwich is just crazy! I?d rather drive 75 miles to the Georgetown KFC, better service, shortwait and they let me get cheese on my chicken sandwich. I didnt even finish my order because the order taker was so rude, itook my business elsewhere

Food was good but evidently the manager says they are not at the level yet to allow people to eat inside. Really, we have travelled up and down the coast in the last several days and this is the only place we found you could not eat inside. Does heread the news? Where is the owner other than saving a few bucks. Time to move on.

I?ve tried coming here 3 different times, So this time I drove up to the window. The manger was so rude and said we weren?t on her sensor and continued to have a snotty attitude like we were interrupting her from doing nothing there wasn?t a single personin the drive thru nor inside . I still ordered food was okay but I feel so disrespected that I called corporate and they areclosed so I will be calling Monday morning kfc needs to look into these reviews and who they have working for them when everyoneis complaint about the same lady!
