Hot Head Burritos - New Castle

During a 10-hour road trip, I needed to grab a bite, and I decided to try Spicy Leroy. It was a great choice—just the right amount of spice, not overpowering at all. The portion sizes were comparable to other burrito spots, as they mainly offer a few tortilla sizes. The flavor definitely surpassed that of Taco Bell or Chipotle. However, I noticed that there were four employees and only one customer at 2:30 on a Thursday, which doesn’t bode well for business. Wishing them good luck!

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I arrived at 8:20, and the sign on the door clearly stated that they were open until 9. However, many food items had already been taken off the bar. We ordered two chicken burritos, and the chicken was cold, old, and unappetizing. The staff seemed more focused on closing up than on delivering good service or quality food. I suspect we were overcharged, but I wasn’t given a receipt to verify that. I won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. Zero out of ten.

Taco Tuesday offers great value. The taco shells are overstuffed, making them a bit messy to eat. The staff are friendly, though I wouldn't rate it a full five stars. Overall, it's a decent option for the target age group.

Good and friendly service but the bowls are heavy on the rice and skimpy on the meat and other toppings. Go to Chipotle if you want a better balance.

Can't say enough about the customer service here. That alone would make me a customer but the food is always fresh and the atmosphere is top tier! So you will def be seeing me again....and again and again!
