Longhorn Steakhouse - New Castle County

The steak was delicious and cooked just as I requested. The service was excellent and the food arrived quickly.

The food at this restaurant was excellent. When I mentioned to our waitress that it was my husband's birthday, she surprised him with a generous serving of ice cream topped with whipped cream and chocolate. Our waitress continuously checked on us throughout the meal to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.

My today’s (4/26/24) visit to Longhorn, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated.Despite clearly communicating my dietary restrictions regarding bacon, it repeatedly appeared in our orders, causing delays and frustration. Additionally, my husband's steak arrived overcooked, and the replacement took far too long, disrupting our meal. Disappointingly, the manager's response lacked empathy and failed to address the issue adequately. While the staff eventually attempted to rectify the situation, the overall dining experience was marred by these shortcomings.

We dined at this restaurant on 4/22 for our anniversary dinner. Unfortunately, I had to send my steak back three times before it was cooked to my liking. Additionally, my sweet potato was undercooked and cold even after being reheated three times. My husband's ribeye was overly fatty and also rare, priced at $30.99. We were disappointed with the overall experience as no one checked on our food and the manager was unavailable. I would not recommend dining here.

Would have been 5 stars except my husband's fried brussel sprouts were swimming in grease and the hostess seemed to want to be anywhere but at work. Our waiter, however, was more than pleasant and was not the least bit annoyed about my husband sending his brussel sprouts back. My parmesan crusted sirloin and loaded baked potato were delicious.
