Dunkin' - New Canaan

The staff was very busy, but could not be more pleasant.

Dunkin Donuts on Elm Street in New Canaan is a good alternative to pricy gourmet coffee shops with delicious coffee and doughnuts at reasonable prices in a wholesome environment. The Dunkin Donuts Coffee Shop in New Canaan overlooks a brick pedestrian only street with black iron bistro tables adorned with flowers and plants planted according to the season. It's a nice place to sit reflecting on the day's accomplishments sipping a cup of Dunkin Donuts coffee dipping their original doughnut into your beverage just enjoying the day and having a good time at reasonable prices with excellent service in a beautiful downtown location. Dunkin Donuts is the place to go for delicious coffee you'll enjoy. I highly recommend Dunkin Donuts to everyone I know. Note: I’ve added 1 star for Dunkin Donut’s beautifully terraced outdoor dining area in the center of New Canaan.

The staff here is super friendly and my coffee is always done right.

I went early and to my surprise was not packed at all. That was nice. The service was very fast and the staff was great. Very nice location.

I went at 6:00 on a Wednesday, staff was efficient and polite, no line, no wait for my order. Food is good/ok but you know what you get at a DD. A pleasant experience.
