Dunkin' - New Britain

12/14/2023.Went to the drive thur this morning. Greeted well with a Goodmorning. Coffee was good and fresh. Sausage egg and cheese . Good, Whopping pie not my favorite but nice treat. I was happy with my visit .

In and out pretty quickly, which is a great thing, but being stocked on large straws and napkins was an issue for me. Other than that great

Arlene the manager is very rude and passive aggressive and I honestly should have turned up on her but I was late for work sandwich lady was great 8:04 am April 4

The only thing I could possibly critique is that drive through. The way it's angled especially when we get snow, but besides that always a good time for dunkinDietary restrictions: Oat milk always have it

Ordered at drive thru, cashier Rayza at the window souppsely she scanned my Dunkin app and charged me $3.75 for a medium ice when it's souppse to be $2. When I came home, I got on the app and checked my history transaction and she never scanned it through.
