Burger King - New Britain

The food is tasty and fast, the service is very good, there is also bilingual service, the orders are mostly through the window because there are few employees and for health reasons it seems appropriate to me, I must highlight the service is excellent, I will continue visiting them constantly and recommending them for its good attention and good taste.

Needed a quick stop for lunch on our way through Hartford. This BK location was fast, polite and super patient cashier and they got our complex order right!

This burger is better than Wendy's. It's juicier and the bacon really has great flavor. You know what I mean, it's tough.

I asked for no pickles or mustard on my burger, and it was noted on the order. However, when I opened the burger wrap, there were double the amount of mustard and pickles as usual, almost as if it was done on purpose. The chicken fries were overcooked and difficult to bite into, while the fries were unsalted and had to be seasoned by us. I'm not sure if they had new staff or if Burger King just didn't care that day, but this was the worst food I have ever received from them. 90% of our $30 order was not worth eating. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so terrible that I had to.

I ordered chicken fries but when they arrived, they were extremely hard and I couldn't even bite into them. It was a waste of money.
