Wing Daddy's New Braunfels/creekside

Great wings. Manager Brandon does a great job. It was very crowded one day and I wanted to be seated outside. His wait staff was so busy he seated me outside and waited on me himself. Suggested Mango Habanero sauce and it was the best flavor I had for wings.

Food was not hot, barely warm. Service a 6 at best. The wing bits were a little stale Probably won't return.

I'm a nurse close by, so I and the nurses often come out here. from the order here approx. 5 times our order was just like 2 times correct. last night was the worst. it was a lively night in the sick house and we ordered the food....to be exact, it was bark afteros. now, eating was chips and liquid cheese and shredded cheese. no bark like we had ordered. we threw away the food because it looked awful. we called and spoke with brandon, who said to come back, and he would like to repair the order, well tonight after he made the call to get our fixed order, said the general manager, he couldn't honor it, but gave us a discount. Why should we get a discount on the order that will put the location of the company? have they seen the price of meat compared to the price of the tortilla chips? we are really busy as nurses and to order and continue to get our orders wrong is not good, it is not good customer service, nor is it right that people's money on food they can't consume. I really hope that someone can see and reach this message higher with the franchise, because this place has the potential to do better, just maybe needs some attention. I never leave bad cries, but sometimes it has to happen. I'm sorry, but you lost another customer after several orders and tried to hope that it was only a bad night, but this last one was on the top.

Came to eat and watch a playoff game with my friend. maybe 10 minutes before a waitress came to sit, but we could say they were understated. we went through 3 waitresses of the one who sat us, to the one who commanded us, to the one who delivered our food, they all seemed disturbed. I'm not sure if they had a long layer and were willing to be gone, but it wasn't inviting. the food was okay and I ordered to eat that came out on both orders separately. as if I have my rings, my girl has her pommes. then my fries came out and their wings came out. we also ordered drinks that were first made wrong and then fixed. the only reason I give this 2/5 stars is that I work in a service industry. I typed the waitress 30-$40 and told her she was more friendly. she smiled and apologised me and gave me food and drinks to go. I just wish I had this service all the time, instead of when I tipped.

Service was great and server was very attentive. few order problems, but nothing important and HEAVY season is why I give 3/5. I can really judge eating when it is covered as it was. all of the sauces/dippings to the actual eating itself had layers of seasoning. it's almost like they wanted to cook badly?
