El Nopalito - New Braunfels

I totally forgot to take pictures but we went for the first time this morning and while we did have to wait a little bit (short staffing everywhere) it was super good. Especially if you like those thick tortillas! The salsa is tasty and not too spicy. But the real tasty thing we got was the pupusa!! Oh it was so good and they are huge!! And the salsa that comes with it!? I could drink that thing with a straw! I'm definitely making sure I get it from now on (it's an orange blended style with so much flavor and not a lot of heat) The rest of their menu looked pretty tasty too so we will have to come back for lunch or dinner

I had a great dining experience at this restaurant. The staff was attentive and efficient, always ensuring that our drinks were filled and that we had everything we needed. As far as I know, they are a small business that focuses on providing a cozy, community atmosphere rather than being part of a large, corporate chain, which I really appreciate. If you enjoy Mexican food, I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Another must visit location in New Braunfels. Typically tasty Mexican food. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Kitchen staff knows how to keep people coming back. Edit: Still stop by this location for amazing well prepared Mexican and traditional American breakfast foods. Their staff is super efficient and very friendly/helpful. Even through the pandemic is their service top notch with very reasonable prices.

Good food and good prices. Friendly staff. I didn't think the place was as clean as it should have been though.
