Dunkin' Donuts - New Braunfels

Food and service is always good. However, the last 4 drinks I ordered were wrong (Separate Travel). Every time I order sugar free vanilla, there is no one in my drink. I even asked twice to make sure they had sugar free vanilla, the man said yes, and there were none yet. Today I tried something else and ordered a matcha with fat-free milk and it was mad. Super disappointed because I love the food and the workers are nice. Probably won't be back for a while.

Take note guys; whatever you did with those kolaches at 10am, fresh and soft bread, flavorful sausage and cheese that was still hot 15 minutes from pickup, a simple product but delivered right and those things go unnoticed. Wife loves the coffee, lines move quickly, smiles, clean, great job leaders and staff, 5 star!

I am so upset right now. With this horrible service and with my incompetence of believing people can take a simple order and get it correct. I am 8 months pregnant and not allowed to have a lot of sugar. So, when I order coffee I get lattes since they're low on sugar. I made that clear to the girl and she still made me a iced coffee which had extra sugar added that I couldn't have. I took three sips and I am cramping right now. I can't even drink my drink. It was a waste of money and I will never go to a Dunkin Donuts again. I will stick to Starbucks like I should of.

I stopped coming to DD because the customer service was hugely rejected, but autumn is here and I was surprised to see a sweet face with a friendly attitude like Kyle. Thanks Kyle for the great customer service you offer daily.

Service was Great. The Product is not even close to Great. “Baked on Demand.” Fresh? Nope. Frozen? Yes. Donuts are Cold and Tasteless. Sloppy Frosting. $13 for a Dozen Donuts would not be a Bad Deal if the Donuts were Amazing. They’re not even Good at this point. I was raised on Dunkin’. I’m not the healthy type that makes healthy choices. I know what I want. I want to pay good money for a good product. This experience was disappointing.
