Coronado's Sweet Heat Bbq

As a born and raised Texan, I know barbecue, and these were definitely among the best ribs I 've ever had. They 're cooked to a perfect pink and fall off the bone, then melt in your mouth. The seasoning is on point, and that sauce... oh, that sauce. 'Sweet Heat ' is a perfect description; it makes Sweet Baby Ray 's taste like paste and leaves just the right amount of tingle that makes it worth every penny. And the dessert? Those blueberry buckles are criminal. It 's essentially a double layer cheesecake with blueberry pie filling on top and some magic sprinkled in somewhere, plus the portion is very large for the price. The guy behind the counter said it was his mom 's family recipe. 10/10 would eat again. Will eat again.

Honestly great BBQ, the flavor is spot on with how you want it (many options). The meat is perfectly cuts and dressed. Service is friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to be top teir for a food truck. I think Ill need to go back and get a pound of their tangy pulled pork now that Ive had just a single sandwich.

Pasta salad AMAZING ! The brisket flawless! I absolutely love this place so nice and very attendant to the customers. Best food I’ve had in a while !

I've eaten at this truck a three times now and I have had the ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and sausage. Everything has been very good and I recommend you give these guys a try. They wont disappoint.

We stumbled across this food truck and decided to try it. We live in San Antonio and will be looking for excuses to go to New Braunfels now lol All 3 gentlemen working today were super friendly and they offered to let us try something we'd never had before. In the end we got the pulled pork combo with potato salad which had apples in it...a total surprise and we loved it. The sauces were delicious and spot on with the amount of heat they advertised. Do yourself a favor, forget about your resolutions for a minute and don't skip the dessert...the blueberry buckle needs to be renamed because it's like a spoonful of heaven!
