Bill Miller B-q - New Braunfels

Tasty breakfast! We ordered. general portions, homemade style meal, huge pancakes, much flavored with cutlery and serviettes. yum!

When to this newer bill miller bar-b-q I got the fried chicken and my wife got the bbq chickensalat. both weren't done. her was hacked look good on top, but raw chicken under veges. my fried was raw at the bone on the legs and legs. will not stop at this place for a past. was in the drive through not driving back 20 minutes to talk to people who do not care about doing there.

Bill Miller's is great with consistent quality and great prices. However I was very disappointed when I was eating in the dining room at the I 35 location in New Braunfels when I couldn't find a clean table among almost all vacant tables. Then when someone came out to clean the tables all he did was clear the trash and swept crumbs off on the floor with his hand. He wore gloves. Then I saw him carry toilet paper to the bathroom wearing the same gloves and never wiped off any tables.

Unfortunately they still have not opened the dining area. And drive through is very busy, but received excellent food and service.

Went to pick up breakfast for the fam this morning ordered 6 tacos with salsa and a breakfast plate with double hash brown. Got home with a breakfast plate that had an empty spot for the double hash brown.. The bean/cheese and sausage/bean tacos had less than a spoon full of beans and 1 small salsa for 6 tacos. I work in retail so I hate to call and complain because it doesn’t feel good. But these folks didn’t seem to care much that order was so poor. When I brought the breakfast back I just asked for a refund and told the manager to deduct the 2 teas because we had drank a portion. That’s what she did. No apology! Will be a good while before this place gets any of our business! Super disappointed!
