Denny's - New Boston

Service was ok ,food was skimpy left kinda hungry still

Stopped here on our road trip as our first stop in Texas! Can always love me a good ol' Denny's Grand Slam and loved the pumpkin pecan pancakes. Our server was great, too. Parking: Plenty of parking options. I believe there is also a Tesla charging station. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly restaurant with coloring options Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

Unfortunately, we actually ate here and we regretted it immediately. I wish we had left as soon as we realized the restaurant was dirty. Not only were goldfish crackers, crayons, and crumbs on the seat and floor but the mashed potatoes were spoiled. Our waitress brought this to the managers attention once she could get him off his phone and take his earbuds out so he could hear her. No apologies or explanation was offered and he only comped the potatoes. After this experience, we will never go to Dennys again. Hopefully, the management will see this and try to improve the service, cleanliness, and the food at this location.
