Pizza Hut - New Bern

The cheese was quite enjoyable, but the staff member who handed me my food was not very pleasant.

Pretty fast. I told myself about 20 minutes to buy it was about 10. Good pizza, great wings! A little expensive, but it's good.

When my partner finally got home, he was confused about the pizza order. I showed him what we received, and he suggested that I should take a bite, but I didn't want to since I was hoping they'd send the correct order back. He ended up calling the restaurant, and they spoke to him directly. He expressed that I should be compensated for the inconvenience, especially since being pregnant means I need to manage my meals better. It’s frustrating to have to wait for a proper meal when you’re really looking forward to it.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Pizza Hut. The delivery was extremely unprofessional and messy; it looked like the driver had mishandled the pizza, completely destroying it in transit. Previously, I ordered a pizza with jalapeños on just half, but they ended up putting them on the entire pizza. When I called to address this, they told me to come pick up a new one, but I never received it. An hour later, I was surprised to receive an extra tip, but it didn’t make up for the confusion and disappointment I felt. As someone who is pregnant and has a strong craving for their pizza, this experience has left me very dissatisfied. I expected much better from this company.

This is one of my all time favorites. They have the best pizzas ever. I always order the same pizza, Pan pizza w/ Italian sausage, black olives, mushrooms and pepperoni....Yum...I want to give them 10 stars because they never disappoint....thank you...?
