Dunkin' - New Bern

Munchkins have been stale the last three visits. Something has changed. I even asked this time before ordering and got a canned response. I won’t be back and I usually visit here three times a week. Bummer!

This is about the one on Glenburnie Road:We came to the shop at about 745pm (they close at 8pm) sign on door to go to the drivethru. We went to the drive thru, waited, and no one came across the speaker. We pulled thru to the window, and 6 or 7 people standing around taking rudly all go we are closed .Take the sign down and put one closing early if need beMy hubby barely got his huge diesel truck into that drive thru but was willing to do so to accommodate me.

This Dunkin was horrible the service they rushed me to order when no one was in line inside the store they had no signage up for me to see any coffees that they have and I was looking something up to order but, they didn’t have time for me to look so I had to order whatever and the cashier would by help me with the app when I went to use it rude rude rude and I may never go back to Dunkin.

Dunkin' is a wonderful place,for a nice breakfast,especially if you are on the go,like myself. Take-out is easy,superb customer service,even through the drive-thru.Menu is excellent with,freshly cooked delicious authentic doughnuts coffee....umm... good.

I'm starting this review off specifically about the one on Glenburnie. It can be hit or miss with getting your order correctly or wait times. Sometimes they forget to give you all of your items at the drive-thru window and you have to ask or circle around the building and go inside. Sometimes they seem very disorganized and I don't know if it's a lack of employees or a lack of structure. But somehow I keep going back because I like their frozen drinks ?
