Blackbeard's Triple Play Restaurant Bar

Borderline 5 stars. What's it doing? Live music and plenty of space for sitting or standing throughout. Bar service is quite good and the food, wings and pommes (classical bar food), actually were not bad either. Sure, the bathroom is not perfect, but you are not a luxury spa room for drinks. The bad thing: during parking is not terrible, are warned against tugs. Lots of space if you're ready to go. I know that the facility is not responsible for the parking situation in New Bern. What are they to improve? Maybe the music sometimes, considering that the amount of young 20-year-olds and more seasoned people is mixed. Finally, some of the drinks are made quite weak. Not to say I want a glass of tequila and a shot of juice, but you get what I mean. I notice that there are overhead costs, and it is finally a bar, but only space for improvements. I and a buddy of mine come here every month, so we look forward to seeing you soon!

A so interesting bar and restaurant-very atmospheric with a certain pirate theme (loved the aquarium at the bar). The service was great and the place was clean. The kitchen has to store food better. My guest and I wanted to order a chicken dinner, but the kitchen was from chicken. The food we ordered arrived in time, although cod from fish and chips was surprisingly small. But the food was delicious and I enjoyed my sandwich and salad. The waitress was very friendly and checked us regularly.

We stopped for dinner on Friday night with 4 adults and 3 small children. They had no problem receiving our group, and our waiter was excellent! He was very patient with the children. We started with the garlic cheese curds that were so good we were a second order. The wings were huge, saucy and perfectly cooked. One of our dinners came out wrong and our waiter was super apologetic and had replaced it immediately. We were there for a while and it began to be more of a bar crowd instead of a restaurant vibe, so we wrapped up the night. Our meals were great and we had a wonderful time.

The woman brought to New Bern for a night from Cary, just to get away. The food and the atmosphere is beautiful?? Live music was on top. will definitely be back. Food: 5/5

Good food, great service from Alec, he was very helpful in selecting our drink and food choices. I highly recommend this place.
