Subway - New Berlin

The customer service was terrible, and the owner had a really poor attitude. This place is not fit for running a grocery business.

I really love the subs here! My favorite is the cold cut combo. The only downside is that the extra charge for double meat is quite high.

I used to be satisfied with the sandwiches, but I probably won't be returning. My husband and I enjoyed the seafood sandwich, but he felt severely shortchanged today. There was so little seafood that it was barely visible, even when he lifted the cheese! It seemed like there was hardly half a sandwich. I have a friend who owns a franchise, and I believe he would be embarrassed by this experience.

The Subway team here did a wonderful job putting together a BIG box lunch order for my middle schoolers today. Very happy with the service that Raman, the store manager provided. Would definitely recommend this Subway.
