You can substitute any burger on the menu for the Impossible Burger, or choose to create your own, which is a nice option for accommodating a mixed crowd of vegetarians and meat-eaters. The menu may sound amazing when read, but the execution falls short of expectations. On a recent take-out experience, the food had to sit in the lobby for 20 minutes before being ready, and it was still cold when received.

I am tired of the uneducated servers at this restaurant, despite the fact that they offer more vegan options than your typical burger joint. I was misled when they told me that the broth was vegan, only to find out later that it contained eggs. In cases where they are unsure, they simply pack the dish with salad.

This bar serves some of the best food I have ever had. They have a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options on the menu, including the Impossible Burger, portabella mushrooms, veggie burgers, and more. I have brought several non-vegan friends here and now they always order the Impossible Burger.
