Bidrage med feedbackOne of our favorite metro Milwaukee area restaurants. Dined here many times, and they rarely miss the mark. Portions are moderate in size as are the prices. Chef/owner is a restaurant culinary arts instructor at the local tech college. He tends to hire from his student body. Place is small in size so owner has good control over the operation. Service is always stellar and friendly. Dining room is small and comfortable without the loud acoustics of many other places. Small/well chosen wine list, with moderate prices as well. We like the food choices that are sometimes hard to find elsewhere, like veal, soft shell crab, duck. I don't typically order beef but love the teres major cut that is sometimes on the menu. For lunch, the Waygu beef burger is divine!
The steak Was out of this world-tender, seasoned perfectly. They even brought out gluten-free substitute for the bread to nibble on before dinner.
