The Donut Factory - New Bedford

I cannot recommend this restaurant at all. The owner is impolite and seems indifferent to her paying customers. She refuses to issue refunds or rectify orders, and the cleanliness of the establishment is noticeably poor. I strongly advise steering clear of this place if possible.

The service was incredibly disappointing. I was excited to try their specialty donuts, but after waiting in line for 10 minutes with no one in front of me, I became really frustrated. I noticed six employees, including a young man who was just sitting on the other side of the counter enjoying a cup of coffee, yet none of them paid any attention to me. I ultimately chose to leave and won't be coming back. I'll take my business to a place that values its customers. Goodbye!
