Bidrage med feedbackThis Taco Bell is not a good one. I?ve ordered a black bean quesarito at many, many Taco Bells with no issue. This Taco Bell told me I had to order it online. It doesn?t make sense to me, what is the difference if I order it online or order it inperson? I didn?t have my phone on me at the time so I couldn?t get the one thing I came there for?. I am extremely disappointedand left there hungry. I have worked in the food and service industry for many years, so I get what it is like and I don?t meanto be a demanding customer but I just really don?t understand what the difference is. They could easily make it, but theywouldn?t even tho I had absolutely no way of ordering it online so I had to leave empty handed. There is a Taco Bell a few milesdown the road, I would skip this one and head there!!!!
Young workers, just jamming to music, being a bit loud. Place was dirty, and not fully stocked although there were enough staff to clean and stock since all they were doing were standing around on there phones and talking. People just don't have themindset like we use to about atmosphere and customer service anymore. Definitely need more training.
When they worked all day, they get to eat and come home to this. fries on the whole bag not even in the right container legit on the bottom) not to mention any nacho sauce, the main part of the fries is not to mention, my taco was in the half not even able to eat it adequately, which is not difficult when considering it is a tacos, but it is clear to this time it is impossible. sad. the girl in the window was amazing, but the guy who was cook had a terrible attitude and said absurdly, as if I could not even hear and make the girl in the window unpleasant. not cool
How is this a taco? I have never had an item from Taco Bell that looks anything like it's advertised as. The regular tacos are shown as being filled to the brim with food. What do I get? Something that is barely 1/4 full. Plenty of people have sued companies for stupid reasons but I'm surprised no one has sued Taco Bell for false advertisement regarding image to actual product comparisons.
As a 3rd party delivery courier, I wish I could say I witnessed more professional decision making. Not only is the lobby closed, guessing due to COVID ? , but they frequently close the drive thru, admittedly due to running out of main supplies e.g. chicken, beef, potato then re-open an hour later after they cooked more food. I literally sit in the parking lot, acting as customer service on my 3rd party app! Don't waste your time or money unless you really love to gamble.
