Little Caesars Pizza - New Baltimore

I would not recommend this restaurant. There’s another Little Caesars just a few miles down the road where the staff is polite and serves well-prepared pizza. Last night, my husband was mistakenly charged twice for bread after the female cashier forgot our order of breadsticks. Instead of simply providing us with the order, she implied we might be lying about it and claimed she needed to double-check with us. It's hard to believe she could forget our order in just two minutes. I've dealt with various companies before, but I’ve never experienced such rudeness or been accused of lying. I suggest you steer clear of this place.

Little Caesars Pizza, home of the cardboard crust, or is it? This store especially has done an excellent job. I don't know how they do it if they are all supplied from the same place, but it's just better than your average little Caesars. Well I can say for one thing, those brown speckles are key, and they always seem to have that perfectly mottled surface that brings out the flavor of the cheese and proper texture. Super secret amazing order: cheese pizza, w/ Italian seasoning and butter *all over*. No parmesan, I don't have anything against the cheese, it's just too strong and messes throws it off. Butter all over because just the seasoning can make it a bit dry, and you have to have them put the seasoning on because the zap packs are different than what they put on the Italian cheese bread. Zap packs are B-tier. They should seriously add this to the menu already.

The young blonde girl with braided cocks and her hat on the back was very rude and unrespectful for customers, laugh and say? I didn't care? Everything's just a big joke for her and if she worked for me, I'd fire her. I understand that mistakes happen, but that was a lack of care and attention to detail. The manager who came in and started his shift treated things very well and did what he could to correct the 6 wrong commands. In the end it took 1 hour and 15 minutes until I ordered it online.

I've tried this location 3 time's for the crazy bread and it's always over cooked, no butter and no parmesan. While I was there a guy behind the counter was yelling at the girl on the register. Pretty unprofessional and I felt really bad for the girl, once in a while I get a craving but next time I won't be going to this location!

I?d like to give the location 5 stars. The pizza is always good and the service is fine. Unfortunately this location is 0 for 3 on getting my online order right the first time. Management makes it right with a free 2L and correcting the pizza, but it shouldn?t be this way.
