Waffle House - New Albany

The lady with brown/dark hair that was working there tonight, 07/31 at around 10:30PM! She was absolutely amazing! She was having the worst night ever because they made her work overtime even though, she wasn’t feeling the best but the staff still tried their hardest to give us a good time! I appreciate her and everyone that worked tonight! We ended up giving her almost a $50 tip and bussed our own table. I pray that helped to ease her mind and make her night a little brighter!! Thank y’all for tonight!

Server was wonderful, food delicious and everyone spoke to each of our group of 4 Christmas clad ladies starting our girls shopping day out! Our server even requested a photo with us.... This is our yearly tradition and we enjoy the visit every time!

It was quiet this day. There was a staff shortage, and the staff that was there was awesome! When I first arrived the jukebox was playing and there were several customers, but within 20 minutes 90% of them left after eating. My directions were followed on how I like my food cooked and that made it perfect! I really appreciate the staff that is there and my grading of four is not reflected upon them, but upon management for not being able to provide the appropriate amount of staff, call in staff. I really enjoyed myself.

Came in around midnight. Homecoming kids were there eating all dressed up. Our waitress was also our cook!! She was amazing to handle all that! Lindsey maybe
