Bidrage med feedbackThey gave us sour coffee and had an attitude about our order in general, which wasn't even large. Definitely needs some work and sorting out there.
We went in to order a simple order- a 20 piece pack of Tim Bits 10 honey, 10 chocolate glazed. This was so hard to comprehend for whatever reason, the associate had my boyfriend repeat the order which he had repeated. When we got in the car, the order was assorted with other flavors. When he had gone back to get it correct he proceeded to say, “That’s not what I heard”. Associates need to do better at comprehending simple orders, and not fixing what their customers said respectfully.
There were 4 guys working but only one was hustling throughout the store. One guy keep looking at his watch and probably just wanted clock out, another was truly a dear in front of the headlights. I don't know if he spoke English, because he didn't say anything. He looked at us walked away and came back with the only guy who seemed to know what was going on. He was the only one that actually smiled, took our orders and prepared our food. The other 3 had no expression or said anything.
Experience!Walked in for a coffee at 09:00 AM. Surely the person (male with face piercing) wasn't happy to serve me for unknown reasons.It wasn't busy either in-store. 3-4 cars ? in drive through.I only ordered two hot drinks. Got the drink and left. Not a good experience of Tim Hortons.
