Sonic Drive-in - New Albany

Purchased incorrect order sent it back, brought exactly the same wrong order a second time. Did not add Caramel to the caramel milkshake, ordered additional cherries WAS TOLD THEY HAD NONE. brought with Fries; Tater Tots tried to send her back and was told we were from Fries. Ask for No Whipped Cream No Cherry on Strawberry COVERED IN WHIP CREAM. ASK, what I'm calling for my GRANDSONs. Worst service and didn't feel like they made 2 shits right on the order or if the customer was happy or not. Super Super Slow. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. And I was a powerful man. They needed NEW ADMINISTRATIVE AND NEW EMPLOYMENT. HORRIBLE!!!

Even thin they were with lunch customers.. You were quick to bring food out... my kids and I are very grateful. Thank you.
