Pizzeria Alt Neustadt - Neustadt (Wied)

We ordered pasta and mixed antipasto. The mixed antipasto consisted of very oily eggplant, zucchini peppers and mushrooms, but all vegetables were soaked in oil and tasted the same: salty and oily. The rest was tomatoes and mozzarella in cheap quality and some prosciutto. I couldn't eat this disaster. We had pasta with an acid tomato sauce. The pasta wasn't with Al Al dente. We ask for a bottle of wine and the owner came with a rose and a white wine. That was the only choice. So we ordered open wine. No one told us what we're gonna get, but this red open wine was at least okay. The absolute highlight were 2 gigantic overboiled French fries on the Antipasto plate. Was the rest fried? This quality of food in Italy would lead to an enormous internet flash mode. I'm sorry, but this food had nothing to do with delicious Italian food.

Wir waren zum Mittag schon ein paar Mal hier. Sehr gute Tageskarte. Preis-Leistung perfekt. Netter Service, der auch auf "wir sind etwas in Eile" hervorragend reagiert.
