On the other hand: foie gras 1 thin slice for twice grilled, lack of generosity especially at the 24th entrance. beef fillet with pepper, correct sauce, good meat but lots of pepper beans... aesthetic but immangeable. 1st vintage good but excessively expensive for a vintage too young (no choice of miles) Overall, I found everything was expensive enough for the result, we pay the pretty frame.
