Mcdonald's - Nesquehoning

No tea said machine was broke will not be available for several weeks, only offered small drinks when dining in. Have to order off kiosk, we would rather have a human with customer service and a smile. Husband ordered big breakfast was sick afterwards. (Mc Donald's usually doesn't bother him) Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast

It is self serve! No cashiers only kitchen help ! You have to use a kiosk to place an order and pay only c certain instances that you can use cash! Don't like this set up at all Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Most recently, I ordered fries and a sandwich. The fries were (I can't stress this enough) disgusting. Luke warm and they look double fried. How they managed that during lunch is beyond me. The sandwhich had mayo oozing out of it, just way too much for a smaller sandwich. The employees barely acknowledged my existence. The only brightly shining star at this location is an employee named Rayven. She always makes me laugh but wasn't working that shift. They're the only fast food place with a drive thru for miles so I guess we're stuck with them.

This used to be the best mcdonald's in carbon county, now it's the worst. The service is terrible, whether it's the 40min wait for something as simple as a 10pc McNugget or the constant messing up of your order. The food never seems to taste fresh even if you go right when they open or just switch to lunch. The kiosks inside are almost always out of paper and never give you the option to pay at the counter unless you let the order timeout. All in all, it is just the worst mcdonald's in our area. I recommend you try nesquehoning instead.

For the price of food now, this has to be the worst McDonald's to get food at. If you don't get when they're busy then your getting hockey pucks for chicken nuggets with some old cold fries.
