The young woman at the window is an absolute delight. The service is consistently quick.

Caution to potential customers: if you order the bacon and cheese wrap for breakfast, be aware that it does not come with egg, and they charge $5.35 for two! I called to speak with the manager, and he stated that this is the standard preparation before abruptly hanging up on me. Very rude service!

I've consistently had issues with my order at this restaurant. My bacon is always burnt, and my bagel is either overdone to the point of being a crisp or hardly toasted, resulting in it being completely soggy from the butter.

I ordered 4 plain bagels and I get them toasted? I never ordered toasted bagels.. I guess I got to check inside the bag because you can't trust the people.

If I could leave a review without stars I would.This store stinks so bad I wants to puke, Employees are rude as ever. And they don?t cook the food all the way!
