Arby's - NEPTUNE

The food from Arby's is consistently delicious. My only issue is that I live quite a distance away, so it takes a while for my order to arrive, and by the time it gets to me, the food is often cold. Nevertheless, it’s always flavorful. I highly recommend this location; everything is always fresh!

I ordered sandwiches twice, and while they were delicious, the curly fries were a disappointment on both occasions. In my first order, they were greasy, broken, and cold, coming from the bottom of the batch. The second time, the fries were also cold and completely broken. Unfortunately, both servings were inedible, which is unacceptable considering the price. This experience was quite disappointing for customers!

My food was cold when it got here, I'm in the hospital for treatment. I wanted non hospital food. I'm here 2xs a month for my treatments. The regular roast beef was good, instructions were followed. I called telling to confirm with them that I wanted only cheddar and beef. They put this sauce on it and I have no idea what it was but it ruined my meal. It was cold anyway. I tried wiping the sauce off and I wish I ate the bigger one first so I could hav me switched the bun. My fries were cold too. I put a note for bbq sauce on the side I think they put it on my sandwich?? But I called and asked for plain sandwiches with cheddar sauce and extra cheddar sauces on the side. I got 3 which is great. The 2 stars are because of the one Sandwich and the cheddar cups.

The food was disappointing considering the price. The photos showcase high-quality medium rare beef, but what I received was completely overcooked. Additionally, the Chicken 'n Cheese Slider had a nice breading, but the chicken itself was dry and somewhat tough.

Food was excellent and still very warm. Sometimes the food shows up cold but not at Arby's.
