Starbucks - Nepean

Slow service at lunch today. Not my experience in visits past.

Ordered 2 drinks... asked for half sweet (always do for many years now) they messed that up... they remade the drinks, still different from what I asked with a lot of attitude. Not my preferred location.

The staff are always kind and friendly. They are also fast and efficient, and demonstrate patience when I'm being indecisive.

I visited Ottawa, and tried to get the Ottawa coffee mug. There are price tag on the mug 14.95, but when I paid, they asked for 18.95. They asked me to wait and then they did something else. After a feel minutes, they said they will make a call, but probably I need to pay the price in their system...Bad service. Waste my time.It is my first time I visited the store. It is my last time as well.

We placed our order in advance for two venti iced coffees — one without liquid sugar and another without liquid sugar but with extra salted caramel cold foam. Unfortunately, the drink without cold foam came with liquid sugar, so my husband had to request a remake. The iced coffee with extra cold foam also fell short, as it didn't have much foam on top. However, the staff was very accommodating in fixing the drink. The cafe was quite busy, so it's understandable that mistakes can occur. Overall, the place was fairly clean, and I appreciate that they offer nitro cold brew, which is pretty awesome.
