Boston Pizza 430 Hunt Club - Nepean

Clean table, able to seat immediately. Delay in service at lunch given low staffing, but staff was very pleasant. Delay in service a consideration when looking for a quick bite with small children. Food fresh and warm came as advertised.

Pizza is good. Love the fact they have halal chicken toppings. Pizza sauce is a tad too sweet for my taste. Chicken wings were good. Spaghetti was overcooked, too soft. But maybe that's what you get at American chains, because we don't enjoy east side Mario's either pasta dishes either. Would go back to the Boston Pizza for the pizza and wings. Also the staff was super welcoming.

We had a great time,food was great and service was awesome. Our waitress Kendal was great.

Just went to Boston Pizza for my first time ever. There was 1 other table of people. We waited over 10 minutes for a server to come take our drink order. Finally we flagged someone over and asked if we could get service, I said I was pretty turned off after waiting for over 10 minutes when the restaurant is dead, and the guy said “sounds good I understand” and walked away. No apology or anything! I’m honestly shocked! Just wanted to try out Boston Pizza for the first time, guess not!

Definitely all the feels of regret. Entree pasta dish was 98% noodles only. Frozen burger patties highly underwhelming. Advised of a drink special only to have the server apologize that it wasn’t actually on special at the end, after I had paid. Oh and the beer I order showed up on the bill but no showed the table. Next time I’ll save time and eat my money!
