Went inside to sit down and eat and they have no pop machine, no trash cans, no napkins. the waitress taking our order didn't know what was on the menu and had to get the manager on more than one occasion. we definitely not be back

Do not eat here.The only thing keeping this place in business is name. Food, service, and atmosphere are horrible.

This place is a train wreck. Every time I order from here, there is something wrong. I finally called tonight because, as usual the cheese sticks are either over cooked, not enough cheese or something that makes them not cheesy! It drives me insane. Tonight, we didn't get any sauce... and they were burnt. when I called in I was talked over like I am an idiot and don't have the right to call. After a five minute debate, they offered to remake my order, however I live in the country and it's a 15 minute drive to go get the order that should have been done correctly the first time. I asked to have a credit put on my account... we'll see if that happens as it hasn't before. I am from the home of pizza hut and know how things should be done. I grew up with pizza hut all of my life. Do better Neosho. Do better. The petro location is hands down a better restaurant. I have seen employees smoking out the back door, with zero regard to customers coming through or not. I have seen employees hitting a vape in the kitchen while cooking... I mean REALLY!?!? THIS PLACE NEEDS EDUCATED, AT BEST ON WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. I promise you they wouldn't last 5 minutes working for me. And... whoever answered the phone did try to rectify the issues, but you don't get that message across with an authoritative tone in your voice. Pizza hut corporate will also be getting a call from me... But I doubt I get much resolve there either these days. Smh..SMH... ? #dobetter #training #servesafe #washyourdamnhands

If you want your pizza/food prepared by people not wearing gloves or following basic hygiene standards, come on in and see it for yourself.

Neosho pizza hut is rude, staff doesn't care about anything. Food has been deliver cold, not cooked all the way. This last order after it was placed online, they called to say they didn't have any pizza and then they double charged my card! Only to say that there is nothing they can do! I'm beyond livid with this place.
