The servers are amazing, the food is classic and the price can't be beat! Miss the old location, but they've done so well at making Waits on Nelson feel like home.

Fifties diner type feel. Even better than the previous location. Will always be stopping at waits whenever I come through town

Wait for Nelson was great. The waiter we had with the name Tom was polite, served us quickly and was knowledgeable with the menu. He ran the diner as if he had it! Worker is hard to find and I recommend the diner if you're ever in Nelson! Quality food, quality service from Tom, what more do you want!

From the welcoming mood when you enter this retro dinner, we were made to feel especially with the smile and great service of our two young servers. Our breakfast / brunch was wonderful! The Denver sandwich was generously covered with eggs and cheese and with crispy green salad and tomatoes. YUMMY! And before we left, we discovered a new dessert placed in the display case. When we asked what this attractive and mundane looking dessert was, we were told BlackBerry Lavender Torte!... and we had to share a piece! So happy that we!!! Thank you to the staff for starting our day in such a wonderful way!!!

Friendly local dinner with fabulous food and great menu. We stumbled at this place very close to the closing time and very hungry, but they were beautiful and welcoming, and we were not expelled. Can't wait to try the pancakes! Very delicious! Thank you.
