Mod Thai - Nelson Bay

The food was terrible, and the environment was very unwelcoming. When I called the restaurant to ask about their closing time, the person who answered the phone told me they would be closing at 9:30 pm. However, when I arrived at 8 pm, I received a very unwelcoming greeting. I ordered some appetizers and main dishes. Apart from the Tom Yum soup, the other dishes were bland, flavorless, and tasteless. It seems like the chef needs to learn how to cook Thai food.

Ordered delivery which initially gave us an approx time of arrival. When the latest time of the approximate arrival time came around nothing happened. Asked for and update and the food arrived 10 mins later. Not overly warm and there was a dish missing. Ensure you receive what you pay for. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner

The young lady who served us was lovely,polite,Friendly and welcoming Parking: We parked at Woolworths and walked, then went to Woolworths afterwards and bought stuff to bring home.
