Vegetarian Butcher Market Stall

I typically don't enjoy meat substitutes, but I must say that this restaurant serves up amazing sausages, seitan dishes, and stews. My personal favorite was the vegan bacon. While it doesn't exactly taste like bacon to me, it does have a similar appearance with its stripes. It is especially delicious when paired with a fresh piece of sourdough bread. Definitely worth a visit!

To start off, the woman who owns this establishment is quite remarkable! We discovered her stand at the Nelson market and tried some chorizo and pastrami, enjoying her products so much that we decided to visit her shop before leaving. We purchased Italian sausage, chorizo, and some steaks!

Stumbled upon this stall at the market it 's very yum! I brought home some pastrami and bacon and devoured them pretty quickly. Will definitely seek it out again next time I 'm in Nelson.
