A pleasant surprise. First of all, the high village of Neive, a collection of wine bars, restaurants, well-arranged houses and narrow alleys. And then Degusto, varied, tasty and captivating cuisine. The fish is very good (yes, fish in the Langa), imaginative in the onion and sausage tiramisu. Excellent wine and lots of variety. Very nice place, right in the center. Service a little slow (rush hour on Sunday) forgivable. On the other hand, friendly and helpful staff. We ate very well at a fair price considering the location. Some dishes off the menu were offered but without communicating the price. I highly recommend reprinting the truly unpresentable wine list and replacing the toilet seat in the women's bathroom which was broken, repaired with tape but above all very stained...
