The experience at this restaurant can vary depending on who's working. The tall younger guy is excellent and really knows what he's doing. However, one of the women tends to put too much sauce on everything and struggles to speak loudly enough for customers to hear her. When the younger staff makes your sub, it's fantastic, but the regular woman doesn't do as well.
