Doubletree By Hilton Neenah

I am a loyal hh Diamond member and stay in the rule double trees or hilton garden inn. came to this neenah location for business trip. total impression, room is typical, clean, but lacking handseife in the bathroom. the biggest disappointment was the bar/restaurant. menu was not good, ordered chicken kewers app and suppe. bar server seemed to visit with 2 other customers at the bar preoccupied than me. waited over 20 minutes to get my suppe, came with the app and it was cold. skewers were terrible, didn't taste as if they were cooked. I didn't eat it. server offered nothing else. I asked about broth basket or side of broth, was said they had none. She did not remove the spits that were not eaten. will not be here.

Thank you to the staff and servers at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Neenah, Wi. Todd and Madeline were very accommodating. The food and service at the Memorial Luncheon at the Level One Dining area was beautiful and tasty. We are so thankful to the staff for being so helpful during this stressful time. We highly recommend this facility. Very clean and bright.

Took my son and some friends to enjoy his 14th birthday and swim. Paid for connecting room and it wasn’t cheap. Upon check in three staff people, who stunk like cigarettes all kinda hanging out at the desk. One referenced how they are lucky she even showed up. The pool was so over chlorinated you couldn’t even stand to sit in the area let alone swim. Caused your eyes to burn and it was hard to breath. The remodel having stayed previously is nice but cheaply done. Small RCA televisions with absolutely terrible sound. So no pool, crappy TV, and a mediocre restaurant. I’d say an overall disappointment. But you do have $4 sodas in the lobby to look forward to. Hard pass! And we’ll think twice about booking a Hilton again.

All I can saw is if you would like fake smiles with daggers thrown at your back this is the place for you we were made to feel like we were bums of the street asking for hand outs. Awful customer service cold breakfast that you were interrogated to pay 14 bucks for when it was included in your stay. Just don’t go

I would not stay at this hotel again. The floors were dirty in the bathroom and it looks like possible body fluids are on the wall in bathroom. The heat/ac until ran so Loud at night well all the time. The water smelled like sewage and the pipes in bathroom made a high pitch noise. The service dog across the hall would not stop barking. Bark. Bark. Bark. So expensive. Pillows are completely flat.
