Ned's Cafe - Nedlands

A good cafe for a quick coffee and a cake or two or three ...<br/ <br/ It's not too busy or too noisy so it's a good place to have a meeting and a discussion over coffee

Nice little cafe, its a good place if you just want a quick lunch. there isnt a kitchen out the back but in the mornings you see them bring in fresh food/pastries. coffee is nice. reasonably priced, most of the menu is well priced only a few things are a little expensiveMost the time the service is alright, only gets a little slow if theyre very busyi recommend the bacon brie and cranberry

I think think this cafe lacks any sort of inviting atmosphere. Don't know any other locals who come here more than once as there are better options over the road and in Hampden Rd. Food is adequate but predictable, coffee is pretty average, service is hit and miss. I've often wondered if it's owned by Barrett's bakery and just caters for the Uni overflow. Due for an overhaul?

I love, love, love Ned 's! This is my 'local ' for the daily coffee run at work. The coffee is fantastic, and the girls are lovely and have a rapport with the 'regulars '. Great coffee and friendly conversation is always a nice start to the workday.

Good for lunch. Food is nice and the service is pretty fast. I don't buy coffee from here anymore though because I feel like there are better options nearby, with The Tenth State and Rocket Fuel across the road and around the corner. My only quib would be that the food doesn't change very much. Would be nice to have a bit more variety day-to-day.
