My wife's dish was thin and overcooked, with the taste mainly coming from the crust or breading. The salad had inedible cherry tomatoes and seemed like it came from a bag at Walmart. My order of their homemade bratwurst blend lacked flavor and spice. The meals were expensive and overall very disappointing. It was not the enjoyable evening we had hoped for in the beautiful Colorado mountains. Perhaps someone should inform the restaurant of the unwelcoming atmosphere they have created.
