Tiffanys At The Coach House

I made a booking for my daughter's engagement party at this restaurant and paid the deposit before COVID-19 hit. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide an alternative date and promised to refund my money. I was offered £100 per week as a refund, which I accepted, hoping to eventually recoup my money. However, two years have passed and we are still waiting for the manager, Craig, to refund our money. This company is not trustworthy and I would not recommend booking any events with them. They just take your money and do not provide the promised service.

I frequent this restaurant often and I particularly enjoy their Sunday lunch. I would prefer it to be a bit warmer, but the staff is very friendly. Overall, if the food was a little hotter, it would be excellent.

I visited the restaurant yesterday for Father's Day with a group of 15 people. It was quite busy, so they recommended a 2:45pm booking. After enjoying a drink at the bar, we were seated at our table. Despite the busyness, we were asked to wait 10 minutes for fresh vegetables to be restocked. The meal was outstanding, possibly the best I've ever had. The staff were friendly and courteous, and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. This was my first time at the restaurant, but it certainly won't be my last.

Arrived on time for Mother’s Day dinner, didn’t get seated for 50 mins, when we eventually sat down for starters everyone bar two people had their soup, those two people had to wait nearly 15 mins longer for them to make a new batch of soup which was like dishwater, was horrendous! Mains were ok as it was a Carvery but just average, meat was really dry. One of the parts waited so long she had to leave as she was elderly! Desserts were read out and then ordered for them to come back and say they didn’t have half of them. Slot of waiting around and food was not great! Really unhappy with this Mother’s Day dinner. I won’t be returning as the service was just awful and food even worse.

As we have been going to the coach house for many years and seeing it go down hill so bad we were a little hesitant to go bk but I’ve gotta say the new owners have really turned it around the food was stunning and all the staff couldn’t do enough for u . We will definitely be going bk more regular
