Ordered the menu, waited a long time, the food was already on the tray, then a lady came and said that the menu was not valid, the food was thrown away instead of us getting it. We placed an order via the app, we had free menus to redeem, once we sent the order they started preparing it but at a certain point, when the menu was already full, we were told that we couldn't redeem the free menu and that we would have to pay. They probably preferred to throw away that food instead of serving it to us, even though it wasn't our problem, in the sense that the app gave us the availability to order, we didn't demand anything. The day before they had already tried to make us avoid redeeming the product by saying that the checkout for orders via the app wasn't working, but immediately afterwards they made a girl pay for an order via the app. What to say? In the station there are places to eat, I don't recommend the food because they are rightly fast food, but the service (not from all the employees) is poor.

Terrible service from the staff, I arrive with my family to eat and the director and colleague go about their business, standing for several minutes to order and even the manager says that someone doesn't speak, when they are the ones who have to welcome guests their customers with kindness!! not friendly at all, terrible service. A nice girl helped me order in Italian and they made it wrong. The assistant manager cussed me out when I asked them to fix my sandwich. I no longer wanted the meal because she was very rude and they refused to give me a refund. Had to take waters instead for the cost of the order. Don’t come here. Not foreigner friendly.
