Mcdonald's - Navy Yard City

I ordered online, and the order showed up incorrectly. I called, and they fixed it, cool. I ordered it again. It shows up with cheese again. This is a re occurring issue every time I go to this McDonald's, online or in person. The manager is always nice and fixes the issue on the spot. But the fact that it happens almost every time is annoying. Like I said, the staff are always super nice about it, but it's just annoying.

Natalie was so sweet and accommodating. We miss heard each other at the box but she made sure to make things right. Wonderful costumer service<3

What the heck is going on here. Made my order. Got to window and my order disappeared. Now she has to call the manager for help. Then I was told to go to the next window and just order there. This guy tried to hand me the wrong food and nobody could figure out where my order was. Pure ignorance. I just took off. Overpriced food that is not fast food by any means . Long waits. I'm done with you Ronald

I waited to review this place until I had been her more than 10 times. The drive through purposely pushes the line to keep their drive thru times low.Out of the 10 times I haven been here, they made me go to a drive-thru holding parking spot 6 times.When i do get sent to a hilding spot, the average wait is 6-10 minutes and most of the time the food comes out cold.My guess is that management wants to reduce drive thru times but doesn't have a dedicated person to deliver the food once it is cooked.My advice, come here anytime other than during peak hours.If you don't mind waiting the 15'ish minutes then this place isn't bad.Parking: They removed an entire row of parking to put in this drive-thru waiting area. So glad the playground was open. Employees were very friendly.
