Dairy Queen - Navy Yard City

Sham provides excellent customer service at this restaurant. He warmly welcomed my family and served us promptly and professionally. I will definitely be returning thanks to his exceptional service, along with the delicious food and ice cream. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

I placed an order for delivery through UberEATS. Unfortunately, Dairy Queen failed to give the driver my sodas and neglected to include the sauce I had paid extra for. When I called to address the issue, they hung up on me. Upon calling back, the person who answered was quite rude. The blizzard was missing ingredients and the malt was melted, despite the fact that we live only 2 minutes away. Dairy Queen, please consider hiring more responsible staff members.

We visited this restaurant a few months ago and found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and we heard inappropriate language during an open mic night. When we raised our concerns to them, they didn't take it seriously and seemed indifferent to our feedback. It's unfortunate to see a business lose customers due to unprofessional behavior like this.

Nice inside clean. Staff was friendly. However, they forgot a chicken Tender. And one of the meals I bought. I bought 2 meals. The $7 meals supposed to come with 3 chicken tenders, fries, drink and dessert. One of the meals only had 2 chicken tenders which was sad. Other than that, I would recommend this place. Maybe just check your meal before you leave to make sure they didn't leave anything out.Parking: Decent size parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Definitely, kid friendly.

First and last time on 3/7 around 6:45pm, cocky kid took my order showed no respect little kid acting like he owned the place all tough! Take the time to drive a little up the street to McDonald's and Wendy's for better customer service!
