The waiter miss poured the wine and brought another tables meal to us. my fish had a piece of plastic in it, I was told it was grease that had harden. little do they know I know the difference. I was given a free meal and dessert as compensation. but I feel my whole party should have been compensated as well due to the fact that we had poor service and a lot of petty excuses. my husband and I enjoy coming to this restaurant for special occasions but the most recent experiences have caused us to be a little weary of this establishment. it is my advice to you to retrain your staff and ensure that every experience is a guaranteed great one. Im unhappy that im writing a complaint as opposed to a thankyou. It was a nice visit. We were running around the area with a group of friends and they accommodated us very short notice. Thank you to wait staff and I appreciated how clean everything was. And the customer service. Great food as well.
I had made a reservation and arrived early at the restaurant. Despite there being plenty of open tables at the front, I was informed that my table was the last booth at the back of the restaurant. It was disappointing not to be seated at a better table despite having a reservation. My guest and I waited for 30 minutes without any acknowledgment or service. We even had to pour our own water after 15 minutes of waiting. A table of 6 was seated and served immediately, while we were ignored. Despite there being waitresses attending to other tables, none of them even looked in our direction. We decided to leave and informed the hostess of our disappointment. There was no manager in sight. After reading some reviews, I noticed the manager responds to positive feedback but does not address negative reviews. It would be appreciated if the management takes actions to ensure that customers do not go through similar experiences in the future.
Love to eat here the food and the service have always been first class! Parking: Best bet is first floor of parking garage with free parking for Anthony's reserved. You take an elevator straight up to just inside the front door of the restaurant. Handicap accessible and great for inclement weather.
I've been to their location in Bellingham, and now here, and the food and overall experience is definitely a 10! I'm from Santa Cruz CA. and am used to great seafood, but Anthony's definitely sets the bar even higher. I'll be back in future travels north for sure?
