The Gate - Navan (an uaimh)

A well ran spacious family restaurant on the Main Street, of Navan serving a wide variety of dishes and desserts, if it’s a full Irish breakfast, a cup of tea and a scone or a big plate of dinner your after , this place has got it! The portion are good sizes, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful and very good with kids, car parking is available in the car park at the back near Dunn stores or the Stonehouse

Lovely homely spot, staff very friendly, great variety on the menu. Food was lovely. I had coffee and a scone, kids had French toast which they loved. Would definitely call again.

We called into The Gate for snack. We opted for the club sandwich. The sandwich was made fresh, tasted delicious and came with fries. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Menu had great selection of food from scones to full lunch/dinner and we certainly will be back. Recommend everyone to try this restaurant when in Navan.

Got ham and cheese toastie. Stale bread,tastless, no flavour. A few crisps thrown on the plate. Been there several times usually good.

Really enjoyed my visit last week and again today. The food and staff were great. Well worth a visit while in Navan, you will not be disappointed
