A very good hotel, located closed to the old traditioal city and the rail station. Excellent location. The hotel has a very beautiful lobby and charmed rooms decorated with class and distinction. Nice attention provided by professional and kind staff. Excellent breakfast, brunch and lunch.

The worst hotel ever in my life. The hotel room was not that I reserved. I reserved 1 double bed. and was provided two very small beds with plastic sheets. Very uncomfortable and not acceptable tor a 5 star hotel. This is not even 2 stars... Its a joke of hotel. The room was also very cold. We had to sleep with our clothes on.. We complained to the receiption, they said they would fix it but never did. We had a terrible cold night and unpleasant experience. The next morning we had the breakfast.. Most products are not fresh and tasteless. Coffee is from a machine and is toxic... I had to go afterwards to McDonalds and get some better coffee. THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE CLOSED ....
