Zorbas Greek Taverna - National City

It has been ten years since I last visited Zorbas, and I recently decided to write a review. The restaurant offers great buffet-style meals. The atmosphere was beautiful, with Greek music playing and three people greeting us at the door. They quickly seated us. All three of us ordered the Gyro plate, which came with soup or salad, dessert, and rice or potatoes. The food was very fresh. The lentil soup was delicious, and my son really enjoyed his chicken soup. Personally, I thought the lentil soup was better. My husband said the salad was good and a good portion size. The Gyro meat was tender and juicy, not tough at all.

The Greek food at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic! During our visit to Chula Vista for a few weeks, we dined here twice and were impressed by the delicious food and excellent service. Despite its high quality, the restaurant surprisingly was not overcrowded. I don't normally write reviews, but this place was so good that I had to share with everyone. If you love Greek cuisine, be sure to dine here - it's the best I've ever had.

I had a great time at this restaurant. It was my third visit and I always leave happy. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and I felt very comfortable. The service was quick and efficient, and the servers were attentive. The food was tasty, and I would recommend trying a variety of dishes from the menu. Whether you're craving Greek cuisine or something new, this place is perfect. Overall, it's a fantastic restaurant with friendly staff, and I highly recommend it.

Eating is extraordinary! I had the buffet and they have a lot different to choose. everything has a great taste they can decide to eat and choose from the menu or the buffet or both. the atmosphere is characteristic and different from all other places excellent customer service! the waitress was very detailed oriented, she was nice and she explained to me in details how to cook a certain food.

This is one of the best Greek Restaurants in the area by far! Everything is just amazing here and rival's some of the places I use to go to in the Mediterranean region. The staff is nice, but if you are looking for a quick bite to eat this is not the place since there are lines here. If you are coming in a group call ahead to make a reservation. Parking is also very tight here and you might have to park 2 or 3 blocks away. The parking lot is nice for small cars.
