Wingstop - National City

Our favorite dish was the atomic bone-in. We deducted a star because the fries weren't great. The seasoning was good, though! I definitely recommend the atomic spicy Korean.

I've mentioned before that I enjoy the flavors, but every time I order, I ask them to add seasoning to my wings, and they never do. Instead, they give me a small side of seasoning to take home, which is extra but not as convenient. Sometimes, they don't put enough sauce on the hot wings, and they barely seem fried, especially the boneless ones. However, the lemon pepper and mango habanero flavors are fantastic! I also love their ranch dressing with the wings—the perfect dip for me. I usually order at least two more sides of ranch, which come with a dipping sauce of my choice. There’s also a Food for Less nearby, along with other places in Market Square, including banks, a Subway, Mexican and pizza restaurants, and some Asian spots. I had an unpleasant experience at this restaurant. A staff member named Darien asked for my name and wrote it down as "Kesha." I'm not sure if he struggled with the spelling or if it was due to some assumption about my name, but it left me feeling very upset. Additionally, the corn was overcooked and didn’t taste fresh. I don’t plan on returning to this place.

Eating here is always quite decent. but this is the second time that I had to wait for a command for over 45 minutes. the personal hides in the back, and the people will wait almost 15 minutes before they can even enter their order. next to us order more than two drinks and the employees immediately say no two and not the first meal on the ticket. unless it is ordered by a delivery service, I will not come back.

The chicken and fries are normally good. But the young lady working today was eating fried rice in the work area and talking mess in the back. I heard her talking to the other guy and I heard her say a couple bad words as in questioning him not work related. At least he wasn't talking loud or not really paying attention to her lol. But this is the kind of stuff I witness at a few of the other wingstops. The company has to do better with the people they hire and letting them know what is expected of them. The plaza blvd. Euclid Ave and the one off of Fairmont are either dirty or they have terrible customer service. I won't be going back anymore.
